You have at your disposal 14 days after receipt of your order to request a return, free of charge for orders shipped within Belgium and the Netherlands. We invite you to make your return request by email to return@thesneakerdoctor.com by respecting the conditions of returns available right here.

Note: Returns and exchanges are not accepted on the Cleaning Kit, Shoe Puller & Socks.

We will send you the return procedure as well as a link to print out your return slip stamped to your e-mail address. For orders shipped outside of Belgium & the Netherlands, the return procedure is identical and you are responsible for the postage.

If the price of the product is different from the exchanged product, you will be asked to pay the difference. Conversely, we will refund the overpayment if necessary.
