In 2005, the Osaka team led by Shinpei Ueno lit up Japan's nighttime art of skateboarding. Through his travels and 15 years of work on the underground video series "Lenz," he helped spread the fast-paced style and exploration of color and environment that have now become hallmarks of the local scene - and the TIGHTBOOTH®︎ aesthetic.

The Nike SB x TIGHTBOOTH®︎ Dunk Low Pro was born out of necessity, taking advantage of the freedom of the streets at night. Textured overlays simulate the metal gratings encountered and used in After Dark sessions. Reflective Swoosh panels, co-branded tongues and subtle Safety Orange accents give the iconic Dunk the spirit and synergy of the TIGHTBOOTH®︎ visual identity.
